Endurance Dzigbordi Dedzo, popularly known as Endurance Grand  has recently expressed her utmost gratitude to Dancegod Lloyd and Afrobeast for giving her a chance to grow in this dance space.

The Ghanaian dancer showed her appreciation as she called out these two personalities who gave her the chance to shine though she admitted there were more.

“I have a lot but I have people that have groomed me and paved a way that I am going to show gratitude to; Dance GodLloyd and Afrobeast. They give me the platform,” she revealed.

In an interview with Giovanni Caleb, host of Showbiz, endurance shared how it all began for her. She felt it was the doing of the grace of God.

“It was grace. They could have picked anybody. It happened when all the girls in DWP went to school and I was the only girl left. We have this viral video we do in the studio and Dancegod was like ‘I need you to be in the middle for this dance. Don’t make it flop. Go back home and rehearse. This is an opportunity I am giving to you.’ I rehearsed, came back and delivered. I could remember the positive comments I was getting and he came to show them to me and that was it,” she informed.

To all those that felt her career path shouldn’t be appreciated and hence, questioned why they charged so much for their services, the professional dancer called them out to try doing what she did and see if it was easy. “It’s not magic, it’s dance. I feel like everybody can dance but do it and let’s see. It’s a gift and a talent and we are blessed enough to show people what we have,” she indicated.

She further added that they get critics talking every now and then but she has decided not to be bothered by what they say.

“It comes every day but if you look at that side of life, you won’t move forward. People will be like ‘Is it not legwork she’s doing? I can also do leg work… but it’s what actually speaks when you do that dance, that’s what we are looking out for. So I don’t look at that side,’ she added.
