#GMB2023: Northern region’s Nurah earns ‘Star Performer’ award with remarkable display

In the night dedicated to the celebration of unity and shared heritage across the African continent, Northern Region’s Nurah emerged as the ‘Star Performer’, securing the prestigious award for the second time.

The theme of the evening, ‘One Africa,’ provided the perfect backdrop for Nurah’s exceptional presentation, which was nothing short of a cultural feast that left the audience in awe.

Nurah’s mission was clear: to showcase the unity and similarities of African countries through a captivating exploration of their diverse cultures and traditions. Her presentation was a mesmerizing journey that took the audience on a vivid tour of a Nigerian wedding, immersed them in the infectious rhythms of African music and dance, treated their senses to exquisite cuisine, and unveiled the breathtaking beauty of stunning destinations and natural resources across the continent.

What truly set Nurah apart was her impeccable attention to detail. Dressed in the iconic colors of Nigeria, the elegant combination of white and green, she exuded confidence and charisma on stage. Her attire was not just clothing but a symbol of national pride, and she wore it with grace and poise.

Nurah’s performance was not only a visual spectacle but also remarkably eloquent and fluent. She delivered her presentation with an accent reminiscent of Nigerians, adding an authentic touch to her performance. Her words resonated with passion, and her articulateness left the audience and all three judges clapping and beaming with smiles.

In a competition where the stakes were high, it’s noteworthy that Nurah was not only eligible for the title of ‘Star Performer’ but also for ‘Best Costumed’ and ‘Most Eloquent’ on the same night. The competition was fierce, with formidable contenders like Sung-Suma from the Upper West region and Kwartemaa from the Bono region. However, against all odds, Nurah emerged as the victorious star of the evening and her triumph was celebrated with prizes, including products from Gino Tomatoes and a Tecno Camon20 series.

As the competition grows more intense with each passing week, viewers are urged to cast their votes to support their favorite contestants. Voting can be done by dialing *713*13# or by downloading the TV3 Reality App from Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
