“To attain the high office that you aspire to, Hon Kennedy Akompreko, God has communicated to me a crucial message: if you seek the presidency of Ghana, consider making me, Agradaa, your running mate. Allow me to support you in this endeavor. With my support, we shall effortlessly secure the seat,” Agradaa passionately conveyed in the video.

The proposition, while unusual, presents a unique perspective on the dynamics of political partnerships and alliances.

Her fervent plea adds an unexpected layer to the forthcoming NPP flagbearership contest, where Agyapong is slated to compete against four other contenders.

Notably, among Agyapong’s competitors for the flagbearer slot are former trade minister Alan Kyerematen and Vice President Mahamudu Bawumia—two prominent figures who have been viewed as his primary challengers.

Nana Agradaa’s spiritual revelation, as she claims, underlines her conviction that her participation in Agyapong’s political campaign would bring an unparalleled edge to his pursuit of the presidency

The NPP’s leadership transition looms on the horizon, with November 4, 2023, earmarked as the date for the party’s election of a successor to President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo.
