New Netflix movie, Heart of Stone, to feature track by Ghanaian musicians Stormzy, Black Sherif and Amaarae

British Ghanaian musician Stormzy’s ‘This Is What I Mean’ track featuring Black Sherif, and Amaarae has been chosen as the soundtrack of the highly anticipated Netflix action movie, ‘Heart of Stone.’

This Is What I Mean off his third studio album with the same name was released through #Merky and 0207 Def Jam on 25 November 2022 and the inclusion of the chart-topping hit adds an extra layer of excitement to the already highly anticipated movie.

With a star-studded ensemble cast featuring Gal Gadot, Jamie Dornan, and Alia Bhatt, ‘Heart of Stone’ promises to be a cinematic extravaganza that captivates audiences around the world.

Netflix took to social media to announce the film’s premiere date on August 11, 2023, setting off a wave of excitement among fans eager to witness this unique collaboration.

The British-Ghanaian rapper born Michael Ebenazer Kwadjo Omari Owuo Jr. featured fellow Ghanaian talents Black Sherif and Amaarae who are currently enjoying significant milestones in their burgeoning careers and this not an exemption.

Ghanaian fans were quick to share their excitement about the sound’s feature in the movie as the highly anticipated release date draws near.
