Barely 24 hours after his demise, Nigerian rapper, MohBad is reportedly buried in Ikorodu, Lagos state.
The 27-year-old singer died on Tuesday, September 12 leaving behind his wife Wunmi and son Liam but there are many questions surrounding the cause of his passing. Through a message on social media, his management team formally announced the news of his untimely passing.
His remains were buried on Wednesday according to Islamic rites, less than 24 hours after his death.
Born Ilerioluwa Oladimeji Aloba, MohBad was a Nigerian singer, songwriter, and rapper from Lagos. He is best known for his hit singles, “Ponmo, Feel Good”, and “KPK (Ko Por Ke)” (You Will Always Be Remembered) with Rexxie which was nominated three times for The Headies awards 2022.
The ‘Feel Good’ hitmaker was formerly signed to Naira Marley’s Marlian Records but left the label in 2022. Social media has been flooded with farewell messages following his demise.
The Nigerian rapper was an asset to the Nigerian music industry and his demise is expected to leave a mark in the hearts of his fans.
