Ypee further expressed his disbelief regarding the reported payment amount for Oseikrom Sikanii, implying that he is the artist who has the ability to demand such substantial fees for his performances in Kumasi.

“I am not sure he can charge that amount. I am the one who can charge those figures, not him,” he confidently asserted.

He further stressed that he was on a higher status than Oseikrom and the new crop of rappers hence he was a role model figure to him

“Oseikrom and co are my kids, I came to meet the likes of Flow Kingstone, Cabum and Strongamnan but in our generation, all these boys look up to me. They’re my kids,” he pointed out.
