According to the award-winning producer, his plans of putting up a show eight years ago suffered setbacks due to finances but Gyan as part of his philanthropic gestures came through with the unexpected amount which aided the success of the concert

“In 2015, I was organising a concert and was in desperate need of money as things became tough for me,” Nacee told Kofi TV in an interview.

“Asamoah Gyan gave me $8,000 at that time. In fact, I need an opportunity to meet him and say thank you,” he added.

The former Udinese forward expressed his delight following Nacee’s thanksgiving in an Instagram post.
