Ghana defender Alidu Seidu showcased his dance moves in a hilarious rendition of Tyla’s “Water” dance challenge.

The right-back, known for his skills on the field, traded his football boots for dance shoes in the dressing room following Clermont Foot’s victory over Lens in a light-hearted and entertaining post-match celebration,

A video capturing Seidu’s comical dance performance, where he attempted to shake his bum while pouring water on his back, quickly went viral on social media.

The South African singer Tyla’s hit song “Water” has gained immense popularity worldwide, particularly on platforms like TikTok, where a dance challenge associated with the track has taken the internet by storm.

Despite his off-field antics, Seidu has been making significant contributions on the pitch. He played a crucial role in Ghana’s recent victory over Madagascar in the 2026 World Cup qualifiers, starting the game as a right-back. The match at the Baba Yara Stadium saw Ghana secure a 1-0 win, with Inaki Williams scoring a last-minute goal.

However, Ghana couldn’t maintain their winning form in the subsequent game, suffering a defeat to Comoros at the Moroni Stadium last Tuesday.
