In a recent engaging “Question and Answer” session with West Ham United’s media team, Ghana star Mohammed Kudus disclosed his favourite five songs by renowned Reggae Dancehall artiste Stonebwoy.

During an earlier interaction with the club’s media, Kudus had already expressed his admiration for Stonebwoy, declaring that he could listen to the artiste’s song “Life is a Journey” for the rest of his life.

However, in this latest video shared by the club, Kudus unveiled a different set of five Stonebwoy songs that have captured his heart: “Come from Far,” “Where is the Love?,” “Strength and Hope,” “Run Go,” and “My Name,” listed in ascending order of preference.

Notably, West Ham United have strategically incorporated Ghanaian music into Kudus’ unveiling process, with UK-based Ghanaian rapper Guvna B composing and performing the official track for his unveiling. The Hammers’ TikTok page has also featured songs by Stonebwoy and King Promise, further cementing the connection between the club and Ghana’s vibrant music scene.

Additionally, it’s worth mentioning that Stonebwoy paid a visit to Kudus back when the footballer was with Ajax, where he had the privilege of previewing some tracks from his “5th Dimension” album before its official release underscoring the bond between the two stars.

Kudus’ musical inclinations and his appreciation for Stonebwoy’s artistry continue to forge a unique bond between his football journey and the captivating rhythms of Ghanaian music.

Meanwhile, Kudus has won the hearts of many fans in London despite joining from Ajax only a few months ago, with many calling for his regular inclusion in starting lineups.

The 23-year-old has made four substitute appearances in the Premier League and starred in all three cup matches in which he started including remarkable performances in the UEFA Europa League
