Four-year-old Ronnie, the son of Manchester City winger Phil Foden, has taken the social media world by storm, gaining 2.1 million Instagram followers in just two days.
Ronnie rose to prominence during Manchester City’s triumphant celebrations after winning the Champions League for the first time after defeating Inter Milan 1-0 in Istanbul on June 10.
During the post-match celebrations, Ronnie joined his father on the pitch, posing for photos with Phil Foden and his partner, Rebecca Cooke.
The young star even got to laugh with goal-scoring sensation Erling Haaland and take a memorable selfie in the locker room.
Fans were quick to notice Ronnie’s presence throughout the historic night, joking that he seemed to be everywhere, earning him the nickname El Wey – which translates to ‘dude’ in Mexican Spanish.
