The 2023 edition of the renowned Ghana’s Strongest competition will be climaxed with a battle between four strong men seeking to claim the bragging right alongside incredible prizes.

After a series of challenges and eliminations in the previous rounds, these men are set to challenge each other at the Kwame Nkrumah Circle on Sunday, August 20.

The much-anticipated contest will see three of the finalist from the previous edition and one other rub shoulders. Bright Appiah, who is popularly known as SWAT placed second behind Prosper Dakora during the final of the last edition and is determined to leverage the absence of his fiercest competitor to clinch the title this year.

Godfred Akolbila and Ebenezer Amos [Chilling] who came third and fourth respectively in the last edition also made it once more and are aiming to ride on their experience to make a mark in the final.

“Godfred in the final is always a different person. I am going to be a different person that will win the trophy and the remaining three (opponents) know. In my absence, they discuss me because they know what I can do and what I will do on Sunday,” Akolbila said .

Having missed out on reaching the finals of the competition last two seasons, Amos meandered through the difficulties to make his first appearance at the finals during the last edition. He’s however, determined to clinch the ultimate this year.

Meanwhile, Jeffery Akuffo, the fourth man on the list has impressed throughout the competition and is bent on stunning the other three by emerging victorious on Sunday.

“This is my first time but I just want to prove to everyone that it’s not just about experience but determination. Its courage, it’s a game. That is it,” Akuffo stated confidently.
