Black Stars midfielder Mohammed Kudus has shared a heartwarming insight into his personal life by revealing that his beloved mother is the primary recipient of most of his text messages.

This revelation comes in the wake of Kudus’ move from Ajax to West Ham United during the previous transfer window, where he had a special unveiling ceremony in East London. During this ceremony, Kudus’ mother and two brothers traveled all the way from Ghana to join him, underscoring the close bond he shares with his family.

The unveiling event was not only marked by professional significance but also carried a profound personal touch as Kudus posed for a picture with his beaming family, capturing the emotions and joy of the occasion.

In a recent interaction with West Ham’s media team, where he answered 14 fun questions related to his jersey number at the club, Kudus reaffirmed his deep affection for his mother by revealing that she is the person he communicates with most frequently through text messages.

Kudus who affirmed his nickname ‘Kuku’ in the short interview also revealed jollof, a dish which has sparked an endless debate among African countries including Ghana and Nigeria as his favourite food.

He also stated Stonebwoy as his favourite artiste while choosing the Reggae Dancehall singer’s ‘Life Is the Journey’ as a song he could listen to for the rest of his life.

Among other things, Mohammed Kudus said playing at the World Cup was the best footballing moment in his career while stating that Basketball was his second love when it comes to sports.
