I am a business guy though I still do music – Okuraseni Samuel

Ghanaian Hiplife artiste, Okuraseni Samuel has said that in addition to music, he has ventured into the world of business.

In an interview with Nana Ama McBrown on Onua Showtime which shows on Onua Tv every Friday and Sunday, the musician revealed that he is in the business sector in addition to his music career. He also added that he has a song which is yet to come out.

“Right now, I’m a business guy. If you put the business aside, I still do music. I’ve recorded a song that has been listened to by some producers. When they come back, we’ll see if the song will be released or not,” he disclosed.

Speaking on some of the things he has been up to, Okuraseni Samuel mentioned that he owns beer bars as well as trades at Kantamanto with some of his goods coming from the United Kingdom.

“I told you I was at Kantamanto before. I deal with clothes, shoes and bags. Some come from the UK. I also run pubs; beer bars. I have one small pub at Koforidua as well as Kokomlemle. This is what I have been up to,” he shared.

He further hints at the release of a song about watching a lady. He shares some of the lyrics of the song as he sings it in acapella. According to him, “I have an upcoming song; a very nice one. God willing, it will be released soon.”

Born Samuel Obeng Wiafe, Okuraseni Samuel rose to fame in Ghana when he participated in TV3’s Mentor, maiden edition in 2006. After some hits, much of him was not seen up until 2013 when he released his song, ‘Homework’.
