#GMB2023: Western North’s Benewa and Ahafo Region’s Amoanimaa Bid Farewell to GMB 2023

The journey of two talented contestants, Western North’s Benewa and Ahafo Region’s Amoanimaa, on Ghana’s Most Beautiful, 2023 edition, came to an unfortunate end during the ‘Music and Dance’ themed night.

Despite their creativity and talent, their votes didn’t secure their positions in the competition, marking the end of their prestigious GMB journey.

Last week, viewers witnessed the departures of Oti Region’s Olila, Bono East’s Ohemaa, and North East’s Wunie, and this week, the representatives of Western North and Ahafo Region joined the list of contestants bidding their farewell.

They said their goodbyes on a night filled with music and dance, themed to celebrate Ghana’s rich cultural heritage.

Before the curtains closed on their individual journeys, both Benewa and Amoanimaa showcased their creativity and talent.

Benewa enlightened the audience about the Siti Dance, bringing it to life with an indigenous song during her performance. On the other hand, Amoanimaa showcased the Adowa dance, unravelling its cultural significance and memorable moments.

While their journeys on the season’s cultural pageant may have ended prematurely, both contestants left their mark by celebrating and sharing the beauty of Ghana’s diverse cultural traditions through their performances.

It’s worth noting that Ashanti Region’s Ebo and Afriyie from the Eastern region were on the verge of eviction but managed to secure a spot in the competition, highlighting the intense and unpredictable nature of the competition. As part of their send-off, they get 5000 worth of exercise books.

With the departure of Benewa and Amoanimaa, the competition becomes even more heated as the remaining contestants continue to vie for the title of the next Ghana’s Most Beautiful Queen.

The journey that began with 32 contestants then whittled down to 16 and has gradually dwindled to just 11 indicates that the battle for the coveted crown gets tougher and more competitive with each passing week.

For fans and supporters of the remaining contestants, it’s crucial to cast your votes to ensure your favourite contestant stays in the competition and has a chance to win a car, a cash prize, and the honour of being crowned the next GMB Queen.

To vote and show your support, dial *713*13# or download the TV3 Reality App from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. As the GMB 2023 competition continues, the excitement and anticipation are bound to reach new heights and viewers can expect more cultural showcases, talent as well and unforgettable moments from the remaining contestants.
