‘Ghost’ Omari Hardwick and I shot a series together which will drop in December – Jupitar

Ghanaian music sensation Jupitar has shared in an exclusive interview with TV3, how Hollywood actor, Omari Hardwick got into contact with him in an astonishing revelation that has left fans both excited and intrigued.

 

The reggae and dancehall artiste, known for his infectious beats and magnetic stage presence, recently embarked on an unexpected venture into the world of Hollywood, where he starred alongside the A-list actor in a gripping series.

“I did a couple of tours with Rema, we toured 15 states and all of that, and I had this opportunity to link with Omari Hardwick who plays Ghost. I was in a series with them. We are also bringing up an EP. It’s coming out very soon around this December or so,” Jupitar revealed, his excitement palpable.

The prospect of sharing screen space with the renowned actor was undoubtedly a thrilling one for Jupitar, but what’s even more astounding is the revelation that Omari Hardwick has always been an avid fan of his music.

“I was actually surprised. I thought it was a prank. We did a couple of songs when he was about to launch his EP,” Jupitar confessed with a smile.

Jupitar’s connection with Omari Hardwick and the subsequent opportunity to be part of the series marked a remarkable turning point in his career.

“I was just on I.G and Omari texted me. You want me to show you proof?? And I was like OMG!!! He said his family likes me so much and it was just crazy,” Jupitar recounted.

The series, titled “Fearless,” delves into the enigmatic world of Omari Hardwick’s life, capturing his experiences, challenges, and triumphs.

Jupitar, 34, was not only a part of this captivating narrative but also revealed that he shot multiple scenes, marking his foray into acting with undeniable success.

“We talk all the time. I was actually part of it, I shot like 4 or 6 scenes. You know sports and entertainment are linked and all that so getting into the acting was easy cos I’ve been acting in my music videos,” the ‘Money Box’ singer pointed out.

Reflecting on the experience, Jupitar emphasized the serendipitous nature of his Hollywood journey.

“The series basically is about his [Omari Hardwick] lifestyle. And his project is called ‘Fearless,’ it’s about what he’s been through and all that,” Jupitar explained,
