#PerfectMatchXtra: Ali hasn’t spoken to me in the past three days but was asking if someone wants to video call him – Ruth

Perfect Match Xtra ex-housemates, Ali and Ruth have revealed that their relationship has hit a rough patch.

The couple, who were the first to be eliminated from the show, spoke openly about the challenges of their relationship and how they are managing them during the live telecast of the Reunion show on Saturday, July 1, 2023.

Ruth, while acknowledging the issues they are facing, assured AJ Sarpong and fans that she is doing her best to handle the situation.

“Yes, Ali and I are going through some difficulties,” she shared. “But I am managing it as best as I can.”

Ali echoed Ruth’s sentiments, stating that every relationship has its ups and downs.

“We are working on managing our differences,” he explained. “It’s only natural to have disagreements when there is love involved.”

However, Ruth hinted at a breaking point, suggesting that if the problems persist, she knows what steps to take.

Although she didn’t elaborate further, it’s clear that she is evaluating the state of their relationship and considering her options.

On the other hand, Ali expressed confusion about Ruth’s unhappiness.  “I don’t know what is not making her happy because I always try my best,” he admitted.

During the show hosted by AJ Sarpong, Ruth revealed that she had been feeling neglected by Ali. “For the past three days, he hasn’t called me until today,” she disclosed.

Ali, however, defended himself by explaining that he was unwell during those days. “I wasn’t feeling well,” he stated.

In response, Ruth expressed her disappointment that, despite not feeling well, Ali found time to post on his social media status, requesting someone to video call him.

While the couple didn’t delve into specific details about the issues they are facing, their honest revelation resonated with fans who commended them for their commitment to authenticity.
